Shipping Policy
At Dermatindia, we strive to deliver your skincare products safely and on time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Timeline
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery time may vary due to external factors like courier delays, weather, or local restrictions.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 will apply.
Return & Replacement Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in case of:
Damaged product received
Wrong product received
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened products
Products without original packaging
Products returned after 3 days of delivery
Skincare items due to hygiene concerns (unless damaged/incorrect)
Replacement Process

Order ID
Product photos
Reason for return
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
If approved, a replacement will be dispatched or refund will be issued as per your preference.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of COD orders, refund will be done via UPI/bank transfer.
