Shipping Policy

At Dermatindia, we strive to deliver your skincare products safely and on time.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary due to external factors like courier delays, weather, or local restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 will apply.

Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Damaged product received

    • Wrong product received

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery

  • Skincare items due to hygiene concerns (unless damaged/incorrect)

Replacement Process

  1. Email us at support@dermatindia.in with:

    • Order ID

    • Product photos

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched or refund will be issued as per your preference.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be done via UPI/bank transfer.
